Guests will have the opportunity to experience a selection of Coley’s signature creations, including the Peanut Butter & Jelly, a playful yet sophisticated combination of tequila, vermouth, blueberry liqueur and roasted peanuts; Almond Jack, which showcases honey jackfruit-infused gin alongside grapefruit and white amaretto; June, a refreshing highball featuring rum, kedondong cordial, hibiscus and jalapeno distillate; and Goddaughters, a rich and elegant whisky cocktail accented with floral tea-infused amaretto and dark chocolate.
