Bangkok returns to Cempedak Island with F*nkytown, the award-winning cocktail bar from the Sarnies Group that has become one of the city’s most talked-about destinations for boundary-pushing drinks and irreverent creativity.
Leading the takeover is Pae Keturmarn, Group Beverage Manager and the driving force behind F*nkytown’s distinctive approach to cocktails, where Southeast Asian flavours, unexpected ingredients and playful storytelling come together in every glass. Recognised with the Best Restaurant Bar award at the Bangkok Bar Show, guests at Cempedak Island can look forward to signature serves including the Strawberry Cream Soda, a vibrant gin highball with strawberry, snake fruit and vanilla cloud; the Long Island Chai Tea, a milk-punch-inspired cocktail built around Pu-erh, Earl Grey and bourbon whiskey; the Red Ruby, a candle-scented Negroni inspired by the beloved Thai dessert; and White Curry, a savoury curried sour combining white coconut curry, rum and kaffir lime.
