Please review the required travel documentation prior to embarking on your journey. Immigration regulations at both Singapore and Bintan ferry terminals are strictly enforced. Ensuring your passport validity and entry visa eligibility beforehand helps guarantee a seamless journey to Nikoi.

IMMIGRATION & ENTRY DOCUMENTS

Passport Validity

International Passports require a minimum of 6 months validity (at least 185 days) from the date of entry into Indonesia. This is strictly enforced.

Digital Arrival Card

All visitors to Indonesia must complete a digital arrival card. This can be completed up to 3 days before arrival. In your booking confirmation email you will receive details on information you will need for this form. To access the digital arrival card website click here.

Visa Requirements

To check if you require a visa, please click on the link here. Most nationalities can obtain a Visa on Arrival but only cash is accepted. To apply ahead for E-VOA click here.

Flight Connections

Passengers with connecting international flights from Changi Airport should ensure their return ferry from Bintan arrives at least four hours before their flight's departure. While ferries usually run on schedule, unexpected delays can occur due to inclement weather, security checks, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please note that the ferry operator is not liable for any missed connections resulting from these delays. The airport is less than a 15-minute taxi ride from the terminal. Since taxis are rarely waiting at the stand, you will need to book one in advance using a ride-hailing app such as Grab, Zig, or Tada.
